East London Fine Art Society Peep Show Exhibition Entry Form ~ PARTICIPATION REGISTRATION The Peep Show is an exhibition of works in miniature Miniatures often have a jewel-like quality to the finished work. The painting of minute intricacies and the use of delicate and detailed painting techniques are features of these artworks.

CALL FOR ENTRIES

For this exhibition artists are invited to submit artworks that must measure not more than A5 format (148mm x 210mm) or preferably smaller.

ARTISTS PLEASE REMEMBER:

Please submit an image of each artwork approximately 1mb size

Closing date for entries is Monday 28 September 2026 at 16h00

All works must be properly framed with eye screws attached ready to be hung as well as the artist name and title placed on theback of the work.

A maximum of six entries are allowed per artist.

Entry forms can also be collected from the gallery.

Cost for entry is R15.00 per entry for a non-member and R5.00 per entry for members.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

• Conditions of entry:

• A commission of 20% shall be deducted from the total sale price.

• E.L.F.A.S. and/or the Ann Bryant reserves the right to alter the dates of the exhibition.

• The exhibition is open to all original works.

• All works must be signed and full particulars, title, artists name and title must be clearly and legibly written on the back.

• All works must be delivered to the Ann Bryant Art Gallery at the cost of the exhibitor.

• Exhibitors are limited to a maximum of six works per entrant for the Anything but Paint, as well as the Annual Exhibition and a maximum of ten entries for the Peep Show Exhibition.

• All works are submitted subject to the approval of the E.L.F.A.S. Selection committee whose decision is final.

• The owners must collect all works on the day after the close of the exhibition.

• E.L.F.A.S. and/or the Ann Bryant Art Gallery are not responsible for insurance of any work, loss, theft or damage.

• All works must be ready to be exhibited.

• The works are exhibited at the owners risk.
